ALUWIL ST 3000 roller blind cutting table built in Poland in 2019
(implemented in production in 2022) offers the best combination of
speed and precision in cutting thick materials. The fabrics arranged
on a large working area are machined by an under-top mounted cutting
blade with forward and reverse feed control via ALLEN-BRADLEY
touchscreen HMI panel. Once the cut is complete, the knife
automatically returns to its initial setting, followed by the release
of the bilateral pneumatic hold-downs that hold the fabric. The ALUWIL
ST-3000 fabric cutting table is also distinguished by its highly rigid
steel-aluminium construction and extensive equipment, including a feed
bar, fabric end detection sensor and measuring stop. The ALUWIL
cutting table weighs 380 kg.
