ANAYAK PERFORMER 2000 CNC milling machine built in 2007 in Spain, uses
a torsion milling head with automatic positioning in the A+B planes
for precision machining of larger workpieces, weighing up to 5000 kg.
The machining process is carried out on an easily accessible work
table of the milling machine, with dimensions (L x W) of 2200 x 850
mm, in X,Y,Z axes with feed rates of 2000 (X axis), 1000 (Y axis) and
1000 (Z axis).
The CNC bed milling machine has a highly efficient spindle with
two-stage speed adjustment from 60 to 3000 rpm, ensuring a significant
reduction in milling time. The machine also features, among others, a
control panel with HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 CNC control, cooling through
spindle and RENISHAW RMP60 workpiece probe. The CNC bed type milling
machine weighs 14000 kg.
