Baader 185 Fish Filleting Machine is a robust and overhauled machine designed for efficient filleting and skinning of various whitefish species. These are large and medium-sized cod, haddock, saithe, and merluza, among others.

Similar to the Baader 184, the Baader 185 features larger guidance assemblies and tools, enabling processing of a wider range of fish sizes.

The machine’s working range accommodates fish with total lengths ranging from approximately:

50 to 100 cm (equivalent to 1 – 8.5 kg) for cod
50 to 90 cm (1 – 6 kg) for saithe
50 to 80 cm (1 – 4.5 kg) for haddock

Additionally, it can handle de-headed fish:
