Belt separator BAADER 603-510

Baader 603-510 is a soft separator equipped with a flexible squeezing belt that transports the product to a perforated drum. Within this drum, meat is gently squeezed through the perforations, allowing for the separation of softer components from harder particles like bones, cartilages, fins and skin, which remain outside the drum.

It has the capacity to process up to 2200kg of raw material, catering to high-volume production needs.

The machine is equipped with two drums (both 5mm hole diameter) and a loading device for 200l meat bins, enhancing its efficiency and suitability for separating soft and solid components. This makes it particularly effective for desinewing and extracting meat leftovers from red meat, poultry, and fish
