BOVONE BISELLATRICE 471 glass beveling machine was manufactured in
Italy in 2012. The machine designed to meet even the most diverse
customer requirements, proves ideal for the precise machining of even
the smallest glass sheets with a thickness of up to 25 mm. Made from
the highest quality cast iron, the body of the glass bevelling machine
guarantees high reliability, efficiency and stability during the
working process. Flat and oblique glass edges are ground using 12
grinding wheels (including felt, diamond and peripheral grinding
wheels), the configuration of which enables operation at very high
working speeds. The total weight of the machine is 4400 kg.

During a major overhaul carried out in 2022, machine components such
as the front sawmill race, bearings on the sawmills, front and rear
conveyor belts, front conveyor slide, inter-chamber seals and spindle
seals were replaced with new ones.
