Our team are currently working on this 2008, BOY 90M injection
moulding machine.
It comes fitted with the Procan MD controller, 48mm plasticising unit
with bi-metallic barrel and single core pull and two 16A sockets. It
has only 35,000 recorded run hours.
BOY 90 machines are some of the smallest (footprint) machines around
for their clamp size. The design of the clamp unit on these machines
means easy access for tool mounting and clear space below the clamp
unit for conveyors etc. Very popular machines on the used market and
support are readily available from various sources across Europe as
there are a lot of these machines in operation. Come down and have a
look yourself.
Refurbished machines from STV Machinery undergo a comprehensive
refurbishment procedure during which every function of the machine is
tested and if necessary repaired. A production run of at least 5000
fault free cycles prior to sign off ensures trouble free operation
once delivered. Machines are ultra clean and cosmetically as good as
we can get them. We guarantee our refurbs are delivered fault free and
leak free.
Machines awaiting refurbishment can be reserved with a small deposit
and the refurbishment is then prioritised and scheduled.
Prices shown are ex-works, but we can quickly provide DAP (Delivered
at Place) Incoterm pricing on request. We can take out the hassle and
