Used cable recycling plant Tecnoecology T 250 Turbo
Year of construction: 2008
The plant consists of the following parts:
- Pre-shredder: Bano MAC 630, approx. 250 - 400 kg/hour, depending on
material
- Conveyor belt to the dosing accumulator, approx. 4.0 m
- Dosing accumulator with discharge conveyor, approx. 1.5 m³
- Controlled conveyor belt with belt magnet for feeding the
granulator, approx. 4.0 m
- Granulator GA 400/30, approx. 250 - 400 kg/hour, depending on
material
- Turbine mill, T 25-2, built in 2019
- Separator TV 300, inverter controlled, separation table 80 μm
- Dust extraction and filter system
The entire system currently achieves between 200 and 300 kg/hour in
operation, depending on the cable composition.
On request, additional components, such as a big bag loading for the
plastic or the re-screening of the granules, can be supplied.
The plant is currently still in operation and will be approx. Replaced
by a larger line at the end of September 2023. This will be followed
by a complete overhaul, so that the line will be available in October
2023.
A visit is now possible by appointment at the customer's premises.
