Brodpol pallet board production line
We present a complete line for the production of pallet boards from
the Polish manufacturer BRODPOL
A line of fully automatic disc sawmills installed and perfected for
production.
The rope is installed higher, while the entire conveyor belt
infrastructure transfers the material between the individual
operations, and the waste goes to the chipper.
The line consists of
Cross feeder with cascade for feeding round wood 4 m
Longitudinal feeder before fitting
Brodpol TT 5/600/400G fitting. Installed power 166.1kw
3.1. The flis falls into the transport towards the chipper
3.2. The side planks fall on the cross conveyors and are transferred
to the off-cutting machine
3.3. The pile is transferred to the centering table in front of the
multi-rip saw.

Cross conveyors dump the boards into the lock, from which they are
transferred towards the cross-cut machine.

A conveyor belt system transfers the material to the sorting hopper
The board goes to the stacking machine
The first-class board are folded into bundles, you can customize the
size of the packages
The set also includes a chipper from RUDNICK & ENNERZ TH 150/500/3
with a power of 30 kW. A system of conveyor belts and vibrochures
brings waste in its direction.
The collection of the tooth is also organized by a system of conveyors
upwards and horizontally to the storage boxes.
The set also includes an Offlisirophur, from which, thanks to a
conveyor system, the board goes in front of the cross-cut machine and
finally goes to the packaging machine.
Thanks to the complex of devices, we obtain 3 products.

All conveyor belts are brand new and designed for this line.
The Oflisiarka is also new.
