BYSTRONIC ByStar 4020 laser cutting machine was built in 2006 in
Switzerland. The machine, designed to cut workpieces made of among
others stainless steel and aluminium, uses a laser beam with a power
of 4.4 kW and a thickness of just a few μm, which guarantees the
highest precision and energy efficiency at low operating costs.
Laser cutting of workpieces with a maximum thickness of 25 mm takes
place on a stable work table designed to provide unobstructed operator
access to the workspace. After machining, the edges of the workpieces
are distinguished by their unparalleled smoothness and absence of
irregularities. The BYSTRONIC laser cutting machine is offered
complete with equipment consisting of among others a BYSTRONIC CNC
controller, a dust extraction unit and an EF COOLING cooling unit. The
total weight of the machine is 18300 kg.
