region, I am pleased to introduce you to our P40 coating machines.
The operating principle is very simple:
In the front area, the workpiece is flooded all around with lacquer
material (lacquer/glaze/impregnation/oil) and in the rear area 3
counter-running brushes pull off the excess material and massage it
into the pores at the same time, so that the wood protection is
optimally applied. A feed pulls the workpiece (length from 800mm)
through the machine at 25m/min.
For an extra charge, we offer you a suitable roller conveyor set. They
can be firmly connected to the machine. In the outlet, disc rollers
are used, which leave only barely visible traces on the back (the
paint material used arrives).
To make the purchase of your new brush machine a complete success for
you, we offer the following services:
• Demonstration service: The company Remmers in Löningen has the
Ceetec P40 in the technical center and can show it to potential
customers there. Please call us to make an appointment.
• Joint commissioning with you on site (please ask, costs vary
depending on distance and scope)
• A detailed instructions for use as well as additional documents
• Additional 12 months of free telephone support
• Youtube tutorials are provided by Ceetec
• We work with several well-known paint manufacturers who have our
machine in their own technical center to further develop their paints
especially for our machine. This allows us to recommend a whole range
of different products and you have another competent contact in the
paint manufacturer.
• The spare parts supply is secured for decades, as everything is
manufactured by Ceetec itself in Denmark
The Ceetec P40 is usually available at short notice from stock in
Denmark.
We also offer other accessories such as horde trolleys (optimized for
our brush machines) separately (see picture).
