ECKERT SZAFIR 3D plasma cutting machine built in 2016 in Poland,
offers the highest precision and accuracy in thermal cutting of sheet
metal. During the machining process, two torches (plasma and oxygen)
are used, which, in combination with the 3D head, significantly expand
the machine’s machining capabilities. On the other hand, stability
during machining is ensured by a high-quality portal with a large
working area, whose open design facilitates the loading and unloading
of oversized sheets, as well as increasing the operator’s freedom of
movement.
The ECKERT 3D plasma cutting machine is operated via an intuitive CNC
controller installed in the operator panel. The installed software
performs machining cycles fully automatically and minimises the need
for the operator to operate the machine. The 3D cutting machine is
also equipped with, among others, a reliable KJELLBERG plasma source
and a filter fan with recirculating option.
