With this efficient line we achieve:
Reducing by 80% the external salt that we discard in the washing process, a very significant reduction in energy consumption, a perfect result in the cleaning of hams and a great contribution to the preservation of the environment.
The ham is placed in the special stainless steel chain by which it is transported to the interior of the desalination machine. The action of the high-pressure air coming out of the nozzles sweeps the grains of salt from the surface of the ham. The salt is collected in the lower hopper of the machine and recovered by means of an auger tube.
