As good as new!
From my assessment, the linear actuator is as good as new, but is sold
as used.
The part was purchased from a spare parts store of a company and has
never been in operation. The actuator was installed, tested,
disassembled and stocked in the spare parts warehouse as a replacement
linear actuator.
