HACO TS 3006 hydraulic guillotine shears manufactured in Belgium in
2006, are used in manufacturing plants to cut steel sheets with a
maximum length of 3100 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The machine has
vertically aligned knives with four cutting edges, which ensure high
precision and quality machining of workpieces regardless of the
thickness and type of sheet. The angle of the cutting knives and the
gap between them are adjusted by means of two levers at the rear of
the machine.
During machining, the workpiece is pressed against the cam in order to
take an accurate measurement on the gauge located between the front
stop and the bottom knife. Two parallel hydraulic cylinders drive the
cutting bar (the upper knife attached to the slider) to perform the
movement in the up-down direction. The HACO guillotine shears are
offered with equipment which includes a foot control, a modern HACO
SP8 NC controller with control console and hold-downs for holding the
sheet during cutting.
