Lightly used Hosokawa Alpine Ventoplex C32V air classifier in very
good conditions. Recirculation classifier perfect for fine
classification of abrasive products separating a fine fraction from
the coarser one to ensure a perfect top cut of the product or dedust
it getting rid of undesired ultrafines. It is suited for high yields
with low energy consumption.
Our classifiers obtain the perfect end product particle design. Our
air classifiers allow you to split the product into two fractions, a
fine and a coarse one, when a regular sieve can´t achieve this task
due to product fineness or other characteristics. This is handy when
you need to dedust the product removing the undesired fine dust or
ensure a certain top cut separating the oversize coarse material,
allowing you to adjust your product´s particle side distribution
(PSD) to the required specification.
This unit is suitable to process abrasive materials, mainly for the
minerals industry.
