Description of the plant:
Machine body in welded construction. The machine stand, cast with
mineral casting, guarantees a high degree of damping and smooth
running.
Refrigerant: Machine set up for operation with MQL (coolant operation
also possible)
Chip conveyor: discharge height 1080 mm above ground level
Clamping force regulation: by means of proportional valves in 10
stages, incl. pressure monitors
Ground clamping jaws: With inlet roller, quickly replaceable, ground
and hardened support rollers (indentations on material surface < 5
μm), widened tension pliers jaws to approx. 35mm (minimum remaining
piece length thus 55mm)
Cleaning: blow-off device for cleaning the clamping jaws, compressed
air connection 5bar and 500l/min, additional chip extraction device
for pipes and piston rods (see pictures below) with an external
suction unit made by Ringler, connected via suction hose. Unit is
soundproofed and splash-proof. Extraction of chips takes place at the
front of the sawn components in the machining area.
Cutting tool: Tungsten carbide is in use, HSS is also possible after
changing the saw blade guide, cutting process monitoring when using
carbide
Control: EasyControl from Kasto, with the possibility to store up to
500 material data for HM and HSS sawing tools and to manage up to 250
orders.
Material supply/discharge: inlet and outlet roller conveyor with
