Glass Bottle Filler Block Krones Sensomatic 50000 bph for Beer and
CSD
The counter pressure filler bloc was made by Krones AG in year
2002/2004 and completely rebuilt by Ecomac in 2017. The block was
installed and commissioned in year 2019 with new cap feeding elevator
and it was in operation till year 2022. This filling block was
recently professionally dismantled and is now ready for immediate
delivery.
Main characteristics of this part of filling line
• Manufactured by Krones in 2002/2004, totally rebuilt by ECOMAC in
2017
• It has been filling beer at 4C temperature into glass bottles with
crown cap
• CO2 content up to 5.6 g/litre
• Capacity is 50000 bph at 330ml long neck glass bottles
• Operation direction is from Left to Right
• Change parts for 20 different bottle sizes, including 300ml,
330ml, 500ml, 586ml and 650ml bottles
• ProLeit process control system, control console, with Siemens
S7-400 PLC, machine enclosure with full hinge door guarding, stainless
steel chequer plate operator platform

Krones Variojet 2.880-88-103, 88 head rinser carousel, two channel
rinsing (sterile water & sterile air), neck gripping.
Krones Sensomatic VP-VI 110-22-103, 110 head filler carousel in
roof-table execution, high pressure injection system with automatic
pressure control, electro-pneumatic filling valves, motoric height
adjustment system for filler top part, automatic splinter washout
system, product and gas contact parts in stainless steel, Lincoln
central lubrication system. Cap conveyor (2019) width 130m with
permanent magnet conveyance.
Krones KK 720-22-103, 22 head crown capping machine, motorized bottle
height adjustment.
CIP and beer delivery skid including, 34 pneumatic valves. Filter
sets, 12 kW centrifugal pump set, Busch Dolphin T0630A 15kW vacuum
pump, Mettler M400 & M700 process transmitters, Krones TEK control
units.
