 PASS-WERK Automatic Mounting Machine for Flexo Plates P2530-2The mounting machine mounts flexo plates reproducible, print image related, print unit specific and operator independent in in less than 2 minutes with a tolerance range of less than +/- 0.03mm.
 The double-sided adhesive tape (tape) is applied in advance outside the machine. Adhesion sleeves can also be used.
 Before applying the tape, you inform the automatic assembly machine of the basic data (print width, print length and cylinder width) via a touch screen on the front of the machine. Optionally, the information can be transmitted via an interface from the ERP system or an EAN scanner can be transmitted.
 Offset mounting allows you to mount the gap of the printing plate joint offset by one benefit to the tape joint to the tape joint.
 Using an optical measuring system, the automatic assembly machine determines the exact position of the printing forme on the positioning table and mounts the printing forme precisely and fully automatically onto the inserted impression cylinder.

 The mounting process is monitored and controlled by means of a control line.
