Cut-to length slitting machine SM-1250х8
Cut-to-length slitting machine is used for longitudinal cutting of the
metal sheets with maximum thickness 1mm, aluminum composite panels,
paper, polycarbonate thanks to special cutting knives that are fixed
on rolls of the slitting machine.
This cut-to-length slitting machine lets you to cut the material into
eight strips.
The diameter of the rolls is 56 mm
There are four types of the sheet metal cut-to-length machines we

The manual cut-to-length slitting machine (cutting for 2 strips)
The electric cut-to-length slitting machine (cutting for 3-4
strips)
The electric cut-to-length slitting machine (cutting for 6-10
strips)
The electric cut-to-length slitting machine (cutting for 12-20
strips)
The operator of cut-to-length slitting machine can easily change the
width of the strips and their numbers. There are special screws on the
knives to do it.
You can easily cut sheet metal right from the decoiler with our

Cut-to-length slitting machine could be equipped with cross cutting
knife.
The machine has strong base to avoid deformation while cutting and
lets to cut metal into 8 strips with the perfect quality.
The cutting speed of the slitting machine is about 10
meters/minute.
Cut-to-length slitting machine is electric so it doesn’t need any
air or oil system to work. Electric consumption is 1.1 kW/hour. The
voltage is 380V. It could be used in environment with temperature from
-10 to +45 Celsius degrees.
