Applications
The TPS system is suitable for the continuous and practical steaming
of textile patterns, such as the treatment of cotton, polyamide,
cotton synthetics.
Fixation processes of vat, sulphur, reactive, acid and metal complex
dyes of dyed and printed goods can be carried out.
In the field of pretreatment, the system can be used for bleaching
processes with hydrogen peroxide.
The modular design of the TPS system allows for optional applications.
Specially configured to meet your requirements, the TPS system can be
supplemented with the following options:
• Spartrough for small quantities of dyeing liquor
• Chemical trough for wet-on-wet application
• Electric steam generators
• Washing troughs with 1 m of fabric capacity
• Washing troughs with 2 m fabric content, wide shape
• Temperature control for washing troughs
Applications
The area of application of the TPS system is mainly in the textile
industry, but also in research institutes and development
departments.
Sophisticated operating principle
Continuous process flow
The material sample is treated on a process-by-process basis and
passed through the TPS system for steaming.
At the exit of the TPS system, the steamed material sample is
automatically rolled up and is thus available for further
processing.
The material sample to be steamed is unrolled by the unwinding device
of the TPS system and passed through the damper.
At the exit of the TPS line, the steamed material sample is rolled up
by a winding device.
A rewind with roller core and sleeve is optionally available.
