Renovated z-blade mixer by NAGEMA (DE) type DMK 400. Contact parts are designed in stainless steel. Working volume 400 l, total capacity - 550 l. Internal dimensions of mixing chamber 885 mm wide x 1005 mm long x 660 mm deep. Mixer has a carbon steel heating/cooling jacket with a capacity of 38 l, designed to work at a pressure up to 2.5 bar and a temperature up to 138 C. Machine has two Z-blades, driven by a electric motor 15 kW, 1455 rpm, 50 Hz through belts and gearbox. Discharge by tilt of mixing chamber, driven by a 1.5 kW motor. P431183 Mixer has stainless steel cover, rised/lowered by el motor 0.25 kW. Includes control panel. Shipping dimensions of mixer: L 2700 mm x W 1650 mm x H 1900 mm x weight 3625 kg.
