It is a pneumatic suction system for the extraction and conveyance of
grain or similar pneumatically conveyable bulk materials from ships.
Via a telescopic swivel arm and a suction nozzle, the material to be
conveyed is sucked in by the air flow generated by the blower and
conveyed into the suction separator. There, the material to be
conveyed is separated from the suction air flow and discharged via the
rotary valve.
All motion drives of the telescopic boom are hydraulic.
Electrical connection: 380 V
Technical documentation of the manufacturer and various invoices for
replacement parts available.
A magnetic separator was retrofitted. The rotary valve was replaced in
2018 (EUR 8,875) and has not been used much since then. New filters
available.
