Totally overhauled Norfo Fish Heading Machine, type 524, is specially developed for beheading salmon and similar types of fish with a total length of 30 to 70 cm.

This machine processes up to 40 fish per minute, with adjustments varying by fish size or species tool-free. For a 4-5 kg salmon, expect a 92-93% yield with the collarbone and 90-91% without it.
All necessary adjustments when changing fish size/species are easily done and without use of tools.

It prioritizes safety with a central emergency stop and an active safety bar.

Machine measures: 900 x 850 x 1950 mm (LxWxH) and weighs around 150 kg.

Can be combined into processing line with other fish processing machines and equipment.
