Ultrasonic Wheel Washer Type RW-302 TWIN
• With the RW-302 TWIN ultrasonic wheel washer, the wheels are
machined one after the other, which seems advisable for cleaning the
outside and inside of thousands of stored wheelsets
• The washing cycle depends on the degree of soiling of the rims;
with a cleaning time (20 seconds to 3 minutes) of 1-2 minutes on
average, 50 wheelsets = 200 wheels - and more - can be assumed as a
specification for a daily performance of clean rims
• Before the washed wheel is removed, there is still time to assess
tread depths or tyre damage before storage
• Many large car dealerships and tire dealers have been using this
environmentally friendly technology for years
• Our labels (NCP New Carparts) were tested and washed in an
ultrasonic wheel washer, after 8 minutes the test was stopped because
no damage to the label was visible.
