The robust Junior R1 offers all the features that a modern edge
sanding machine must have.
A solid cast iron grinding unit with a powerful motor ensures maximum
grinding performance. The work table, which can be adjusted in height
by spring pressure, allows optimum belt utilisation and safe
working.
The upper part in heavy cast iron version with built-in three-phase
motor 380 V, 2.2 kW, 2850 rpm; the machine is equipped with built-in
switch-plug combination;
Motor circuit breakers and main switches according to VDE; Dimensions
of the sanding belt rear wall: 850 x 150 mm; steel table adjustable in
height by spring pressure; Tape size: 150 x 2280 mm; the abrasive belt
rear wall is covered with a graphite sliding coating.
When connected to a central extraction system, the machine is
dust-tested with an air velocity of at least 20 m/s (GS)
