features in one! : The Blixer combines the features of two well-known
devices in one - that of a cutter and that of an emulsifier-mixer
device. It makes it possible to mix all kinds of raw and cooked foods
into liquid, semi-liquid or pulpy end products
Efficient: Thanks to its large liquid capacity and its lid with wiper
and sealing ring, this appliance allows you to prepare all kinds of
mixed food and even tube feeding.
Reliable: Knife with patented new blade profile for optimal cutting
quality. Regular cutting and guarantees perfectly uniform processing
even with the smallest quantities. This device is equipped with 2
blades as standard, but can be optionally extended to three blades.
The third blade can be ordered for an extra charge.
Due to the high number of place settings (200-1000), the Blixer 45 A
can be used perfectly in clinics, retirement homes, daycare centers,
production kitchens and, of course, in restaurants. The maximum
processing quantities are: 6-30kg.
