We offer you a stacking press (can press) from the manufacturer
Sandersleben Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH, type SMA-2500/1, with 60
t pressing force, 31 kW connected load, built in 1996. The machine has
only run for 28,135 operating hours. With a compaction capacity of
approx. 790 kg/m³ (depending on material), the press is particularly
suitable for compacting e.g. used disposable packaging (cans) made of
ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium as well as stamping
residues made of steel or aluminium sheet. The package dimensions are
600 x 300 mm, the length is variable from approx. 50 to 235 mm,
depending on the material.
The press has been overhauled. The following work was carried out:
- Machine completely dismantled, cleaned, derusted, primed and
repainted
- Complete overhaul of the main hydraulic cylinder, new cylinder tube,
new cylinder head, new gasket kit.
- Overhaul of the two cylinders from the counter press plate, gasket
sets renewed
- Knife set planned and ground
- Residual emptying and cleaning of the hydraulic oil tank, new
hydraulic oil HPL 46 filled in and oil filter renewed
- General maintenance work
