Used mobile vertical stainless steel AISI 316L aseptic reactor with a
total capacity of 240 l by Schwarte-Milfor Sp. z o. o. (Poland) type
Mieszalnik procesowy. Reactor has a working volume of 160 l and is
designed to operate at pressures ranging from -1 to 3 bar and
temperatures up to 150 C. The heating and cooling jacket made of
stainless steel AISI 304 has a capacity of 16 l and is designed to
operate at pressures ranging from 0 to 3 bar and temperature up to 150
C. The jacket is insulated with mineral wool and clad with AISI 304
stainless steel sheet. Internal dimensions: diameter 680 mm, length of
straight wall line 530 mm. Reacto has open hinged dished top, bolted
with clamps. The top equipped with an inspection manway with an
internal diameter of 250 mm and 7 stub pipes with mounted accessories.
The tank has a welded dished bottom head equipped with a central
outlet with a NovAseptic valve type NA. At the bottom, a NovAseptic
magnetic stirrer type GMP 500 is installed, driven by gears (ratio
i=7) and an electric motor. with a power of 0.25 kW, 2740 rpm, 50 Hz.
The agitator operates in the speed range from 80 to 410 rpm and is
suitable for mixing liquid products with a viscosity of up to 800 cP.
The reactor is mounted on 4 legs equipped with wheels. The device is
equipped with an ele. cabinet with a product temperature display and a
stirrer speed display with a potentiometer for its adjustment. The
equipment includes full technical documentation of the manufacturer
and UDT in polish.
