Used, universal mixer/cutter by Stephan (DE) model UMC5. Mixing
chamber designed in stainless steel has total volume 6 l. Working
volume in range from 0,5 up to 3 l. Mixing chamber is rated for work
on pressure -1 bar, at temperature +95 C. It has stainless steel
heating jacket with volume 0,7 l, rated for work on atmospheric
pressure and temperature up to +95 C. Top cover designed in
polyphenylsulfon (PPSU), has installed manually operated scrapper
agitator. Main agitator is equipped with cutting knife, designed in
non-corrossive steel and is bottom driven by el. motor with power 0,78
KW, 230 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of agitator adjustable in range
from 300 up to 3000 rpm. Mixer has local control panel and is equipped
with water ring vacuum pump by Stephan type VYI2-GRD.006, water flow -
1.4 l/min. Pump is driven by el motor 0.12 kW. There is also electric
heating device by Thermo Haake model P5 type 003-5009. All items
mounted on mobile stainless steel table. Mixer last time had been used
in food industry.
