Heating system of sealing jaws and rollers by a double circuit
of hot oil, electrically heated, a TEKNOICE innovation, thanks to
which, we eliminated all resistances of sealing elements with
considerable operation advantages (less machine stoppages
for malfunctioning of probes and resistances, less maintenance,
higher hygiene standards, top quality of sealing).
Reel holder per each raw, placed directly onto the wrapper.
Electronic control panel with touch screen. Watertight electrical
board, placed in front of the machine or aside (according to the
model of the wrapper) for an easy access and maintenance.
Paper centering system, with the aid of the sealing heads
and independent cut, brushless motion, with automated cut
correction with photocell and encoder to check the paper speed, comes
with loads of stainless holding racks for moulds
