One of kind coffee roaster manufactured by Typhoon in 2021
This roaster is unique because it can do both drum type of roasting
and fluid-bed type of roasting with the possibility to chose one of
the two methods or a mix of both.
The fluid-bed roasting allows very quick cycles of about 7-10 minutes
and this is resulting in an drastically improved productivity compared
to a classic drum roaster. The fact that the roaster can run in
automatic mode and reproduce the recipes on its own is also increasing
the productivity and roasting 50kg per hour is totally achievable.
Logging of bean temperature, environmental temperature and burner
level and temperature are possible on the software Artisan.
The cyclone is included in the machine body.
This machine has been used only one year and has roasted about 25 tons
of coffee, the condition is excellent.
It is powered only with electricity and has an heating power of 42kw.
A supply of 65-70A is necessary to power this beast!
