UNICUT 3C5018 automatic cutting machine build in 2019 in Poland, is
used in the production of clothing and all sewing products. This
purpose-built machine processes both single and multi-layered
materials using a robust oscillating knife. This solution ensures the
highest cutting precision and shape repeatability regardless of the
type of cut material. In addition, when working at high blade
oscillation speeds (up to 6000 cycles per minute), the innovative
technological solutions used in the machine prevent the emission of
vibrations, making the process extremely stable.
A UNICUT MAXIMA spreading machine works together with the machine. The
machine, which is designed to spread the raw material on the cutting
table, has components with special properties that ensure long and
uninterrupted operation of the machine for many years under production
conditions. These include an automatic knife sharpening system and
special optical sensors to ensure precise material distribution.
To date, the UNICUT 3C automatic cutting machine has worked a total of
1405 hours. During this time, 9609 layouts with a total length of
46055 metres have been cut, cutting 619085 linear metres of raw
material. The total weight of the machine is 2350 kg.
