Used homogenizing mixer manufactured by Urliński Polska, model MZUTL
200F, YOM 2006.
The homogenizer is designed to carry out technological processes of
liquid substances in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemical
industries under vacuum or pressureless conditions. It is used to
produce emulsions of various viscosities by mixing them very
thoroughly and homogenizing them by heating the product during the
production process.
The device is made as a vacuum-tight tank with an ellipsoidal bottom,
placed vertically on four legs on a supporting frame with adjustable
feet to facilitate vertical positioning of the mixer.
There is a comb-shaped homogenizer installed in the bottom, driven
directly by an electric motor with stepless speed control by an
inverter.
The top cover is raised and lowered automatically using a pneumatic
actuator. Technological stubs are welded into the cover for connecting
the cleaning medium - 2 pcs., for vacuum suction and aeration - 1 pc.,
for attaching a funnel for dosing additives - 1 pc. (with a conical
plug), for suction under the mirror - 1 pc. (with a conical plug) and
1 pc. DN 25 spare connector with a conical plug, e.g. for dispensing
process water. Additionally, a sight glass with illumination and a
DN100 wiper is attached to the front of the cover.
The anchor mixer drive is mounted in the central part of the cover.
The paddle mixer with scrapers is driven by an electric motor through
a conical-cylinder reducer with a constant ratio. Stepless regulation
is carried out via an inverter. In order to improve the mixing
process, additional wave breakers were used. There is a funnel on the
cover with a capacity of approx. 3 dm3, which allows you to add
ingredients to the tank without opening the cover.
The mixer tank is equipped with a heating and cooling jacket.
The mixer is equipped with three temperature sensors.
Elements in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless
steel.
The vacuum pump, water installation and elements of the electrical
control system are located in the control cabinet.
