Urschel CC-D shredder/slicer/strip cutter.
This versatile cutting machine is designed to be used with coconut,
cranberries, potatoes and other fruits/vegetables, cooked meats,
surimi, and pet food.
Especially suitable for cheese: cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan,
pecorino, etc.
The CC-D model features different cutting forms including flat slices,
strips, full shreds, oval shreds, V” Shreds, crescent shreds, and
grating options. The grating heads offer diverse cuts ranging from
powdered parmesan to coarse granules.
