Micro Brewery Brewiks 500L, 760 liters/brew, 5000 liters/month , year 2017 This is a complete 2-vessel brewery setup in 2017 and it has all essential components for brewing, fermenting, and packaging beer in glass bottles. It is an ideal choice for small to medium-scale operations. Main unit is Brewiks 500 liter 2-vessel system. It consists of two multifunction tunes, one acts as Mash tun / Boiler / Pasteurizer and the other as Lauter tun / Sparging / Whirlpool. These have been modified by Mithreum and an manhole has been added for easier spent grain removal. Mash tun/Boiler has maximum capacity of 760 liters it can make 2 brews in 8-11 hours, depending of type of beer.
