ECKERT SZAFIR BL2 plasma cutting machine was built in 2022 in Poland by Eckert AS Sp. z o.o. The machine, designed for precision cutting sheet metal made of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium, is distinguished by its large 6 metre long and 2 metre wide sectional work table. The large area of the table makes it possible to efficiently machine a single oversized workpiece or multiple sheets at the same time, guaranteeing a high level of user comfort through the ongoing elimination of contamination. In addition, the portal structure based on a welded steel profile ensures excellent stability of the machine geometry, which does not become unstable under heavy loads. ECKERT SZAFIR BL2 3D plasma cutting machine was manufactured in Poland in 2016. The plasma cutting machine uses a plasma beam generated by a highly efficient KJELLBERG Smart Focus 200 aggregate with a power of 200 A to precisely cut workpieces made of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Stability during machining is ensured by the machine’s high-quality steel portal, which was additionally extended by 700 mm to allow easy loading and unloading of larger metal sheets. The plasma-gas cutting machine guarantees a high level of safety and operator comfort, thanks to a sectional extraction table with a length of 6000 mm and a width of 2000 mm, which is used to eliminate the dust produced during cutting.
