Used stainless steel twin shaft paddle mixer by V.V.S. DI VISCONTI SRL (Italy) model I1500SF with total volume of mixing chamber 2500 l. Working volume in range from 1500 l up to 1700 l. Weight of batch up to 1500 kg. Machine has internal dimensions of mixing chamber W 1100 mm x L 2870 mm x D 900 mm. Shafts are driven by el. motor 22 kW, 1470 rpm, 400-600 V, 50 Hz, via reducer and belts. Working rotation of each shaft is 33,5 rpm. Mixer has top open. Discharge through one outlet with dimensions 500 mm x 200 mm, in front wall. Outlet is equipped with pneumatically operated lid layered with teflon. Mixer has stainless steel lifting device for work on rectangular containers with volume 200 l and width 660 mm. Lifting device is operated electrically. Machine has technical documentation. Last time used in food industry.
