The machines of the new UC series (Meisterstück) from Winterhalter
are state-of-the-art and set standards in terms of washing results.
The one-button operation is equipped with color coding that informs
the user of the condition. A progress indicator is also integrated
into the display. The smart Winterhalter touch display offers three
washing programs to choose from (cutlery washer has only one washing
program). These can be customized. The programs are displayed in a
language-neutral manner, thanks to self-explanatory images of the
washware. This guarantees intuitive, error-free operation.
Furthermore, additional programs such as short, energy-saving, whisper
and intensive programs are available in all machine models and are
easy to activate. Thanks to a large number of technical innovations,
Winterhalter has succeeded in achieving washing results of
unprecedented quality. As a matter of principle, the machine is
designed for maximum efficiency in operation.
