The furnace consists of:
- 1 nitriding chamber with an operating pressure of 0.5 bar,
- 1 quenching chamber with an operating pressure of 15 bar,
- 2 cooling chambers, each equipped with an air/water heat exchanger, with a working pressure of 15 bar.
The cooling chambers are installed above the quench chamber.
The nitriding chamber and the quenching chamber are separated from each other by two sealed doors.
