The equipment is a hand-operated stacking crane with a forklift, the
purpose of which is to serve the storage rack of the STAK system. The
nominal lifting capacity of the crane is 1000 kg. On the stand, the
loads are stored on removable sheet steel pallets (pallets) with a
permissible load capacity of 1,000 kg each. The load is placed with
the crane together with the pallet or lifted. The design of the rack
structure allows the pallets to be arranged according to requirements
with a height division of 98 mm. The crane moves in the area between
the rows of racks mounted on both sides and even has an outlet section
at one end of the rail for loading with a forklift. A pair of rigid
columns with U-profile from the crane below the crane, which ensure
the vertical guidance of the fork structure. The guide column is
connected to the trolley by a ball ring, allowing the load to rotate
completely. Lifting is carried out by an electric chain lifting drum,
which is located on top of the rotor. The trolley rolls freely between
the two I-profile main supports of the crane. Longitudinally, the
structure rolls freely on two rails mounted on top of the rows of
shelves. On the runway section, the track boom protrudes beyond the
row of scaffolding. On the back of the column there are handles that
allow the structure to be moved and rotated longitudinally and
transversely. This is also where the control box that operates the
hoist is located.
Security:
- The crane is prevented from leaving the track by stops. - In the end
position, the stroke movement is stopped by an electric switch
- The control box is equipped with a key switch. - The main circuit is
locked by a safety magnetic switch
- The fork structure is equipped with a gripper
