Fully hydraulic high-performance band saw in the heaviest design, with
horizontal
parallel movable saw blade,
for cutting profiles, tubes and solid material in all
Qualities, including material that is extremely difficult to
machine
(e.g. Titan, Inconel, Hastelloy)
Guidance of the sawing unit via two vertical square columns
with hardened and ground guide rails.
Hydraulic band saw clamping and hydraulically pre-tensioned
Carbide band saw guides.
The material is clamped by two hydraulic clamping vices.
The feed length can be adjusted by means of a counter with a
resolution of 0.1 mm.
The material is fed via a hydraulic cylinder and ensures maximum
cutting accuracy.
The machine is easy to operate and is fully automatic.
