PLC – controlled high-performance precision cold-circuit sawing
machine with loading magazine and unloading magazine of very high
quality - equipped with software for industrial production in
accordance with Industry 4.0, designed for the precision cutting of
rod material – tubes and hollow profiles made of steel and stainless
steel
Saw blade dimensions up to a maximum of 315 mm x 2 mm to 2.5 mm,
maximum cutting range 0° - 12 mm to 80 mm tubes and hollow profiles -
12 mm to 40 mm solid material - saw blades made of TCT material are
normally used (TUNGSTEN CARBIDE TIPPED) - this material allows very
high cutting speeds and low saw blade thicknesses, which significantly
limits material loss, saw blade speeds 20 to 130 rpm - optionally
available with different saw blade speeds, controlled unloading unit
for four different unloading positions - largest automatically
unloadable section length 2,000 mm (optionally longer), largest bar
length in the loading magazine 6,000 mm, maximum material weight in
the loading magazine 4,000 kg, largest maximum automatic material feed
6,000 mm, shortest residual piece approx. 60 mm, saw blade drive power
2.8 kW and 3.4 kW, weight of the entire cutting line approx. 3,000
kg
