Brewery Ziemann 400 HL / brew – max. 12 brews/day
Brewhouse made by Ziemann in year 2000, 400 hl/brew, with a mash
filter, made by Meura in year 2000. It is almost complete brewery,
which can produce various type of beers at 700’000 hl / annum.
Brewery has also one returnable glass bottle (24’000 bph) and one
can filling line (30’000 cph) which will be sold separately. Brewery
equipment is in good condition, not dismantled, still on power. The
brewhouse is controlled by Braumat control system. Most of the PLC
controls is made with Siemens Simatic S7 series with central control
via Ethernet. Installed mash filter Meura improves the performance of
brewing process (compare to filter tank) and allows the use in the
production low quality (dusty) malt and the filtration speed and
quality do not change.

PVPP ZHF-STR-B
BBT tanks: 7 x 336 hl indoor and 2 x 600hl outdoor with insulation
Water filtration: 2 x Sand Filter, 2 x Active Carbon Filter
Steam plant: 1 x 14 ton/h and 1 x 7 ton/h LOOS boilers with gas
burners, feed water tank and air deaerator
Optional: Returnable Glass line and can Line
